We’re excited to share that industry veterans Sheen Khoury and Rick Haggart have joined Virtual Instruments. Sheen is our new Executive VP of worldwide sales, and Rick Haggart is our new SVP of professional services. Both bring a wealth of experience and are a perfect fit for our team because they believe 100 percent in our customer-first approach and can truly help us scale the company.
As a 25-year IT industry veteran and sales executive, Sheen loves working with customers. His passion for developing enterprise sales organizations, instilling best practices and ensuring customer success has resulted in successful sales leadership roles across both private and public companies. He has significant operational experience in delivering and scaling globally distributed, high-caliber sales and channel teams. Sheen joins Virtual Instruments after having successfully built the initial go-to-market strategies and teams at many companies, including Indix, Vyatta (acquired by Brocade), Aerohive Networks, NetScaler (Citrix), Good Technology and Exodus Communications. He started his career with positions at Mobil Oil and Oracle.
Rick is heading up our Customer Success Services, which offers everything from Critical Infrastructure Audits to optimization workshops to storage performance validation services. Rick is ideal to lead our incredible services team, as he’s dedicated the better part of his career to helping customers develop, create and deploy IT projects for companies across all industries. His work at Accenture included leading infrastructure teams, and developing and productizing solutions for the company’s Fortune 500 customers. He also led Accenture’s Internet Center of Excellence in Palo Alto, where he supported the development of skills, frameworks and solutions for its global client base.
We’ve accomplished many milestones in the past 12 months, including merging teams, cultures and technologies resulting from our acquisition of Xangati and merger with Load DynamiX. Sheen and Rick join us at a critical time as we’re experiencing accelerated momentum and customer validation for our Application-centric approach to infrastructure performance management. They will help us realize our goal of giving our current and future customers the monitoring, analytics and actionable insights required to support today’s modern data centers.
